Workout Results 12/28/06
BRRRRRRRRRRR!
Brandon and I went for a bike ride this morning. TL Temperature read 28 degrees when I took the bike off the rack at the Orting trail. We had originally intended 30 miles, but due to the cold we dropped that to 15 . . . and because I was feeling like S*** we only did 10.1 miles. Still 10.1 miles is better than no miles. Didn't keep track of our rolling time, but we did stop half way for some water, etc. for about 5 minutes.

Whew, just snuck this one in . . . if I'm going to make my goal of working out every day until the boyz challenge review (better late than never?) I'd better not wait until 7PM to do a workout! I made it, that's all that counts. And having the machine calling to me from the bonus room certainly helps!

Workout 12/21/06
Shortest day of the year today! That means starting tomorrow we get more sunlight!
So this past weekend, Teri and I bought our Precor elliptical trainer. I've wanted one of these since earlier late last year. I decided my gym program wasn't going so well, so I brought the gym home.
