Workout Results 12/23/06
Whew, just snuck this one in . . . if I'm going to make my goal of working out every day until the boyz challenge review (better late than never?) I'd better not wait until 7PM to do a workout! I made it, that's all that counts. And having the machine calling to me from the bonus room certainly helps!Here is the workout I completed today:
