6 Tubs of Butter!OK, I wasn't going to weigh myself today . . . and I wasn't going to blog today. But I did both. I weighed myself using the same conditions as my inital weigh in. Early morning, sans clothing and my weight was down to 238. A total of 6 tubs of butter (lbs) lost! Very cool. I know I'm feeling better as a result of working out, but I guess I'll continue to pay attention to what the scale says. Old habits die hard. Well, there goes the 5 lbs my coach wanted me to lose in April. If I can lose another 5 this month, I'll have a really good start on the 44 I want to lose by the end of the year. I'm still doing good with not drinking coke. None so far this month, and only 5 total since January. The drive thru is still pulling me in, though not nearly as often as it used to. The workouts are helping with that since I refuse to go through a drive thru after working out.
Anyway, just wanted to share my butter progress . . . :-)
