Hi Ho . . . Hi Ho . . . It's off to the pool I go . . .
I can't remember the last time I was in a pool two days in a row. I was so high after my workout yesterday I decided to give my knee (still bothering me!) another rest day and hit the pool again. I tried to stretch out my splits a little more today . . . Here's my workout:
- 3 X 100 Swim
- 1 X 200 Kick
- 1 X 300 Pull
- 1 X 100 Swim
- 1 X 100 IM
I still felt like I had enough energy at the end of 900 yards that I gave myself about a minute to rest and went for a 100 IM. My fly was good for about 22 yards, breathing every other stroke . . . then I was REALLY tired and thankful for the backstroke. My breast stroke was horrible as always, but it's a good rest leg before the push at the end with free . . . long ways to go to make this a 200 . . . but I'm happy I can do a 100 now.
