Workout 12/21/06

Shortest day of the year today! That means starting tomorrow we get more sunlight!

So this past weekend, Teri and I bought our Precor elliptical trainer. I've wanted one of these since earlier late last year. I decided my gym program wasn't going so well, so I brought the gym home.
