Taking a knee today . . .

As my lovely wife so eloquently puts it, I'm taking a knee today. I'm sick. I was hoping the change in weather just triggered some allergies or something, but I'm sick. So no workout today. [sigh] I'm hoping I can feel better by the afternoon so we can workout together, but we'll see.
