Lots going on!

Well, I've written up 3 transactions in Yelm this week AND the listing I put up in Rainier on Saturday got an offer last night. I'm hoping it gets signed around today. I've been a busy boy this week. Not really conducive to getting 100% better, but it's nice to get some transactions rolling for the Summer.

I went to the gym again this morning and actually made it through the full 30 minutes of the Elliptical trainer. I did start coughing quite a bit around the 25 minute mark though. (I should point out, that it's not that I can't usually make it through, but I've been sick lately and the Elliptical puts me into a coughing fit) But I made it through. Looking forward to the next boyz outing. My exercise log can be found in the exercise section, link to your right. I had gained a couple pounds back due to my lay-off from the gym, but weighing myself again this morning, I'm only up a pound. The plan is to hit the gym again tomorrow to make it 3 workouts this week and that should get me back down to 12 pounds down . . . I hope. :-) Teri, Kim and Pat have been doing WW so I've been getting some nice healthy dinners at home this week which has been nice. Teri, Kim and I are going to the EQC tomorrow night for dinner and a concert, so Orange Shrimp are going to have to come my way I'm thinking.

The house is coming along swimmingly. We're getting 50 yards of dirt delivered tomorrow morning so when we move in, we can get busting on putting the back yard in. I'm hoping the 50 yards is enough to basically cover the whole back yard with about 5 inches of nice top soil. We'll lay sod the first week we're there so the yard should get nice and knitted in by the time we have any parties this Summer. They put in all the cabinets yesterday. The kitchen looks awesome. I like the lights above the breakfast bar now that the cabinets and floor are in. The cabinets and floor really toned down the lights. It's not so cabaret. :-) I also called Marianne today from Lasting Impressions so she can get out there next week and measure all our windows for our blinds. It'll be nice to have those installed before we move in so we're not flashing the neighbors. ;-) I wouldn't be surprised to see some tile getting laid here in the next week or two either. The stone mason should be by any time now to put the stone on the exterior of the home too . . . it's really coming along! Here's a picture of the kitchen for you . . . have a great day!
