Swim Workout This Morning . . .
Wow, another Monday morning workout? What the heck? Who is this guy? Well my arms were completely sore today from my weight lifting on Saturday with Carl, but I managed to get into the pool this morning and do 1,000 yards. They weren't pretty, but they got done. The IM at the end I'm sure was really ugly . . . :- 1 X 200 Swim

- 1 X 100 Kick
- 1 X 100 Individual Medley (IM)
UPDATE! 306.0 This morning! WOO HOO! An actual weekend where I LOST weight!
